Who We Work With

We work with doctors whose roles sit outside straightforward NHS employment structures, where appraisal and revalidation require careful handling, clarity, and professional judgement. This includes doctors whose practice spans multiple organisations, contract types, or sectors, where a generic or volume-based appraisal approach is often insufficient.
Portfolio doctors
Doctors working across multiple roles, locations, or organisations who need an appraisal that accurately reflects the full scope of their professional practice.
Independent sector doctors
Doctors working in private hospitals, clinics, or corporate healthcare settings who require appraisal and oversight that does not rely on NHS assumptions or structures.
Aesthetic doctors
Doctors whose work sits partly or wholly outside traditional NHS frameworks, where scope of practice, evidence, and regulatory alignment need to be clearly defined and documented.
Doctors with independent or emerging roles
Including doctors working in digital health, leadership, advisory, education, medico-legal, research, or hybrid clinical roles that do not fit neatly into traditional appraisal templates.
Doctors between roles or returning to practice
Where gaps, transitions, or changes in scope need to be described accurately and proportionately, without overstatement or unnecessary risk.
We are not the right fit for every doctor. Where a different appraisal route, designated body arrangement, or governance structure would better support patient safety and regulatory clarity, we will say so.
