What We Do

Vida Partners provides independent, GMC-compliant medical appraisal and Responsible Officer-level oversight for doctors and independent healthcare organisations operating outside standard NHS employment structures.

 

Our work is undertaken selectively and where statutory responsibility, regulatory judgement, and governance oversight are required.

 

Responsible Officer oversight  

Statutory Responsible Officer functions for doctors in independent and portfolio practice, including designated body connection, appraisal oversight, and revalidation recommendation in accordance with GMC requirements.

 

Appraisal and revalidation  

Medical appraisal and revalidation for doctors working in private and portfolio clinical practice, where proportionality, clarity, and senior professional judgement are required.

 

Clinical governance oversight  

Governance oversight for independent healthcare services, including assessment of governance structures, risk, escalation pathways, and regulatory alignment.
